The Milan headquarters of an international company occupy three floors of a period building in the center of Milan, extending for a total of 2100 square meters. The challenge lay in giving continuity to the different functions in view of the complexity of the original layout. It was decided to adopt a design approach that called for formal purity and consistency in the selection of materials and furnishings. The simplicity of the rooms was achieved by working carefully on the construction details, allowing the ample plant equipment to be hidden from view.
